Empowerment through Tai Chi Walking Meditation

mental energy. Therefore, every single thing a practitioner does is supposed to be based on this philosophy. A positive mental attitude guarantees positive feedback.

Most ancient eastern religions and philosophies teach the causal-and-effect law. Every positive energy gives birth to another positive energy. This is a time-tested chain reaction that has helped shaping our civilization.

Therefore, every positive mental energy is the mother of future positive ones. While it does provide assurance that it is the feedback receive, sometimes "bad" things do happen to good people. The only explanation for this is that "bad" thing is only a matter of perception. Once one is able to eliminate this perception, such occurrence is no more than a positive "good" energy in meaning. How you perceive matters, not the substance. And Tai Chi Chuan tells you how.

To me, practicing Tai Chi "walking meditation" enables me to see beyond the surface, to understand the forces (both "positive" and "negative"), and to preserve positive actions in any circumstances. At the same time, I enjoy physical fitness, increased endurance and lower stress level. Tai Chi Chuan is good for me. It might be good for you too.

Here are some short questions to answer, if you still don't think Tai Chi good for you. 1. Do I want to be less stressful? 2. Do I want to be more fit physically? 3. Do I want to have positive mental attitude? 4. Do I want to draw positive things to me and to my loved ones? 5. Do I want to be more confident in life, not to worry too much over the future? 6. Do I want to create more meaningful things in life? 7. Do I have limited time to exercise? 8. Do I have limited fund to join a club? 9. Do I have limited time to spend with my families and friends?

If you answer "yes" to most of the questions, you'll probably find Tai Chi Chuan quite satisfying. Now, the question is not, "To Tai Chi or Not to Tai Chi" anymore. Rather, "Do I want to give the best to myself?"
