Daytona 2001 and Phantasy Star Online Imports Released

NCS recently posted up Daytona 2001 and Phantasy Star Online for Import Dreamcast. Both of these titles feature online play and are on their way to US shores. Daytona 2001 allows up to 4 opponents online to go at it with tracks from the original and the Saturn release, CCE (Championship Circuit Edition). Naturally, the gameplay has remained the same with all the powersliding goodness that you remember and the graphics have been boosted up and are said to be superior to the arcade version.

Phantasy Star Online features a singleplayer quest that can also be joined with four friends online. They are charging a monthly fee in Japan, but said there will be no fee for the US release. Included with the import version is a preview disc of Sonic Adventure 2. Daytona 2001 is going for $53 and Phantasy Star Online is selling at $65, so all you importers, get ready for some more gaming goodness.
