Directory

Directory: Google includes Open Directory (the largest human-created directory with close to two million urls), which it searches using its own algorithm. A keyword search of the directory will produce results in the same format as those resulting from a web search.

When you browse the various categories, the sites are presented according to Google's ratings for quality and relevance. Each item includes the web page title, the url and a description.
