This came to me via email -- and I thought it was very fitting. So proud to be an American!
Patriotic Potato Salad Cook potatoes in their skins until they can easily be pierced with a fork. Let cool, then peel skins off. Cut into cubes and place in a large bowl.
Add all ingredients except mayonnaise and sliced egg and combine thoroughly.
Add mayonnaise and mix well to coat.
Spoon into a serving dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with additional paprika and garnish with sliced egg. Refrigerate until well chilled. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Enjoy!
