Hi All... Juliet here! Still living in Tucson with the fiance (he decided to upgrade his status from boyfriend over Christmas) and our cats, Stinker and Fritz. The cats don't really like this dish but it's a HUGE hit with everyone else. Anytime there's a potluck, I'm always asked to bring this dish. People who I've shared the recipe with are now being asked to bring it to their potlucks.

It's a wonderfully simple and delicious appetizer that goes well with any type of cracker, although my preference is melba toast. Hope you all enjoy!!

P.S. Since it's an appetizer, I don't know how many people it truly serves.

Spinach - Artichoke Dip
Serves: A party

1 package (10oz) frozen, chopped spinach cooked and drained well 2 (6oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts - undrained
3 large cloves chopped garlic
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Mix above ingredients together in a baking dish (preferably glass). Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Viola! Serve with veggies or crackers of your preference.
