Breakfast pizza!
I get recipes from all over, here is one that was sent to me, not by Carol, but by someone who knows her.

Hi, My name is Carol. I live in FL with hubby, three cats, Houdini, Misery, and Oreo, one dog (lab, chow mix) Bear, and one gerbil, Mario. I have four grown children and two grandchildren. I work as a display artist and gift department manager at an upscale discount store. I love to quilt, sew, walk, and especially love to cook and enjoy this ezine.

This recipe is a favorite with our family and I always serve it Thanksgiving and Christmas morning.

1 lb of bulk pork sausage
1 package of refrigerated crescents rolls
1 small bag of "Tater Tots" plain
1 cup of shredded sharp Cheddar or Monterey jack or Swiss cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off fat. Bake Tater Tots according to the directions. I baked them very crisp. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12" pizza pan, with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Sprinkle with potatoes (I always use more). Sprinkle with the sausage and top with cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. (I put everything together the night before, except the eggs and milk. In the morning I add the eggs and milk and bake it).
