After perusing through the Net, I happened to come across some really neat cooking links that I would like to share with my readers. I think there is something for everyone here:
Over the summer of 1986 Alaskans were asked to bring their favorite seafood dishes to contests held during regional state fairs. Recipes were judged on several characteristics including appearance, taste and the creative use of Alaska seafood. Mail in entries were also accepted. In the fall, the recipes were tested and re-evaluated in five home economics classes around the state. The recipes presented here give a small sample of how Alaskans prepare their seafood. Mystery adventures from the worlds of music, theatre, dance and the movies, written and created by Elaine Reader. A scream of a page, something light and fun for the soul. Family.Com Creepy Halloween Cusine A neat site that incorporates yummy candy, food, creepiness and fun all rolled into one. Good ideas and great thoughts on Halloween parties, and some fun filled recipes. Point your mouse here and click to tune in with some of the greatest chefs all in the convience of your own home. Each week, Great Chefs Online features a new selection of chefs and recipes. This site is dedicated to fun, food and information. The overall goal is to create an informative and useful web site for vegetarians, wannabe veggies, and the people who love them, while also having some irreverent laughs if we can get away with it. Well, I hope you enjoy the links provided for this week!! Fall is here and I can almost smell mulled cider!! Have a great week:) Marna
