What My Readers Want: Numerology and Dreams© Lauri Jean Crowe
Recently I have received a lot of dream related email. Some has been positive feedback on my articles, but more have been queries about tools which can help people interpret their own dream messages - with several inquiring about numerology. Still more requested that I organize my articles by subject matter for quick reference without having to use the search box or next/previous options. I've taken all of these emails under consideration in deciding the focus of my articles over the next couple of months. So, here goes with what you can expect from the Art and Science of Dreams through the end of the year:
October 19 - Pythagorean Numerology: Explains the system of the Pythagoreans relating to numerology. Focus is on pairs of opposites and how they create the construction of the universe. This will be of most interest to dreamers who follow Greek philosophy or have a personal worldview in which opposite function, but again will be applicable to all dreamers. October 26 - Nordic Numerology: A look at a system based on ancient Nordic principles and thought which corresponds to Germanic lore and godforms. This article will be of special interest to those who magically work with runes or otherwise dream of them, or those with a Germanic ancestry but is applicable to all dreamers. November 2 - Introduction: Number Values, the Alphabet and Dreams: Discover how numbers relate to the letters in the alphabet. Discusses two schools of thought and how you can apply this knowledge to your dreams. November 9 - Part 1: Number Values, the Alphabet and Dreams: Modern Numerology: A further explanation of the most common form of numerology, based on a value system of 1-9, and how it can be used to analyze dreams. November 16 - Part 2: Number Values, the Alphabet and Dreams: Hebrew System: A further look at the Hebrew System of Numerology based on a 1-8 numerical value system and how it can be used in dream interpretation. November 23 - Part 3: Number Values, the Alphabet and Dreams: Runic System: A look at numeric values and which runes they are associated with to help build on the Nordic Numerology understanding and how it relates to dreamwork. November 30 - Numerology Resources on the Web: Sure, you have my viewpoint, but it is the interested work of an amateur who is good at research. There are many reliable and viable sources of numerology efforts on the web which have been compiled by those more versed in this aspect of interpretation than I am. I've used numerology in my work for over 15 years, but for these resources, it has been their primary focus, rather than an adjunct. Go To Page: 1 2
