Well...it's that time again. Yep! Time for all those Science Fiction/Fantasy fandom gatherings called conventions.
The big news is that some of the guests going to this year's big Canadian convention, "Toronto Trek," have been announced. Slated to appear this year are from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" Amber Benson who plays Tara, from "Farscape" Virginia Hey who plays Zhaan and from "Relic Hunter" Tanja Reichert who plays Karen Petruski.
Also appearing are noted Science Fiction authors David Annandale and Julie Czerneda. More guests are expected to be announced soon. "Toronto Trek" runs this year from July 5th through to the 7th.

Star Trek News:
TNN will be once again airing a "Star Trek: The Next Generation" marathon. Fans will be getting a chance to pick which episodes air by voting for their favourite episodes. The voting begins April 1st and runs until the 6th on TNN's website. The marathon itself will run on April 14th from 2pm until 7pm.
Will the tenth "Star Trek" feature film be the last for the cast of "Star Trek: The Next Generation?" There still is no clear answer to the question. According to an interview on E! News Daily with "Star Trek: The Next Generation" cast member Patrick Stewart, who portrayed Captain Picard on the popular series, the actor himself admitted that he didn't know the answer.
In the interview Stewart hinted that he has a "notion" that the film, "Star Trek: Nemesis," had a "sequel begging to be made." That remains to be seen.
Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys News:
According to a message from Creation Entertainment's "Xena: Warrior Princess" fan club website, the Kevin Smith Trust Fund has been set up. For more information on the Trust Fund visit Creation Entertainment's site.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer News:
Fans of the popular series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" can catch the complete second season on DVD June 11th. This is according to the DVDFile website. The DVD set will reportedly feature lots of great stuff including more than 150 images of set designs, cast and crew and monsters.
Dark Angel Rumor:
According to the Sci-Fi Wire, Valarie Rae Miller, Original Cindy on the Sci-Fi series "Dark Angel," told them that she heard that the series' co-creator James Cameron might be directing the season finale of the series. No word if it's true yet...though anything can happen.
