Gene Roddenberry's Earth: Final Conflict, follows the struggles of humanity and a race known as the Taelons, also known as the Companions. The plot, notes etc.. for the EFC series were filed away for many years. Sometime after Roddenberry's death, his wife, Majel Barrett Roddenberry, found them and began to look for a way to bring the series to life.
The series began with the American Companion, Da'an (played by Leni Parker), arriving in some midwestern city on an official visit, to announce a new venture the Companions were embarking on with Jonathan Doors (played by David Hemblen). They arrived in a Taelon shuttle piloted by Captain Lili Marquette (played by Lisa Howard). As Police Captain Boone (played by Kevin Kliner) and FBI Agent Sandoval (played by Von Flores) argued over security arrangements, an assassin plotted to kill Da'an, who was saved by Doors. Boone's wife was killed, a conspiracy was unveiled and resistance involvement was revealed. So began the adventure, and Boone's search for the truth, about both the Taelons and who was behind his wife and the assassin's, his best friend, deaths. The cast also includes Majel Roddenberry as Dr. Julia Belman, Richard Chevolleau as Augur, Robert Leeshock as Liam Kincaid, Jayne Heitmeyer as Renee Palmer and Anita La Selva as Zo'or.
