Shows to watch out for…

Here's a look at some Sci-Fi TV shows to be on the look out for:

Jack of all trades: Bruce Campbell (Xena and Hercules) stars as American spy Jack Stiles, who is sent to an island in the East Indies to thwart the advance of Napoleon. He is teamed up with a beautiful British widow Emily Rothschild (played by Angela Dotchin), who is also a spy for the Crown. The series also stars Stuart Devenie as the island's Governor Croque, Stephen Papps as Brogard the captain of Croque's forces.

Cleopatra 2525: Set more than five centuries in the future, the series tells the tales of three tough and beautiful women in a world that has literally been turned upside down. Where the Bailies, monstrous heavily armoured airborne creatures, rule the surface of the Earth and humanity has been driven underground in order to survive.

The series stars Gina Torres as Hel (a heroic fighter whose family has perished in the struggle for a better life), Victoria Pratt as Sarge (a fearless fighter with awesome combat skills she escaped a dark past by joining forces with Hel) and Jennifer Sky as Cleopatra (an aspiring actress and part-time exotic dancer who suddenly awakens from a cryogenic deep freeze) The series also stars as recurring characters Patrick Kake as Mauser (a ruggedly handsome robot), Danielle Cormack as Raina (a dangerous mind control expert) and Joel Tobeck as Creegan (sinister leader of a gang of mutants).

Dark Visions: According to the Hollywood Reporter, is the story of a group of teens with psychic powers who take over a secret government research project.

For UPN:

Kar Kulture: An hour-long comedy that takes place in an alternate universe in which monster trucks are used as everyday vehicles.

For ABC:

Both Sides Now: A story of a parallel universe which looks at how life plays out if a young man breaks up with his girlfriend and if he stays with her.
