The Sci-Fi series 'The Outer Limits' celebrates it's 100th episode. The episode is entitled "Tribunal". It's about a man named Aaron Zgierski (played by Saul Rubinek), who is the son of a concentration camp survivor, and who dedicates his life to bring a war criminal to justice.

Aided by a mysterious man named Nick Prentice (played by Alex Siakun), who is a time traveller, Zgierski thinks he has perhaps finally found the man he was looking for. This episode was directed by Mario Azzopardi and written by writer/executive producer of the Outer Limits, Sam Egan.

Babylon 5' creator J. Michael Straczynski has announced that an asteroid has been named after him. The asteroid, discovered by the Kitt Peak Observatory in Tuscon, Arizona, has been officially designated 8379 Straczynski.

The World Wrestling Federation's Women's Champion, Sable will make a guest appearance on First Wave in the Second Season Premiere. Sable will play Lucas a formidable assassin of the alien variety, sent from the alien's home world to terminate Cade Foster (played by Sebastian Spence) The Episode is called "Target 117". As of this writing no air date has been set for this episode.

TNT has announced a new time slot for Babylon 5. Starting on June 5th, B5 will be airing in a two hour time slot every Saturday from 7am ET/PT to 9am ET/PT.

A documentary film entiled 'Trekkies' opened in 330 theaters nationwide May 21. 'Trekkies' is about the obessive behavior that hardcore Star Trek fans exhibit.

Martha Coolidge is set to direct James Cameron's upcoming Fox Television miniseries about Mars. Variety has reported that this epic series will include more than two parts, and that Cameron may direct a spin-off fact-based film for Imax theaters. The Mars television series centers around a crisis that plaugues the first manned mission to Mars and the rescue attempt that follows. Martha Coolidge has directed several television shows including an episode of the Twilight Zone.

Variety has reported that, Chris Carter's Millennium has been pulled from Fox's summer line-up. Beginning June 4th, Millennium will be replaced with Mad TV reruns. It's also been reported that USA Network has canceled the series 'The Net', a cyber-thriller that was based on the 1995 movie that starred Sandra Bullock.

Variety has reported that the producers of 'The Net' are hoping to sell the series to a brodcast network or in "first-run syndication".

Hercules' Kevin Sorbo has signed a deal with Tribune Entertainment to star in a new syndicated series. The series, which was developed by the late creator of 'Star Trek' Gene Roddenberry, and is now being set in motion by his widow Majel Barrett Roddenberry. The expected launch date for the series is the fall of 2000. Hercules wraps up a successful syndicated five-year run in December.
