5. Take a camera; take lots of pictures, even if you don't like this particular unit looking over the pictures later you just might find feature that you will want to add to the unit that you eventually purchase.

6. Observe the owner how he is can show how he maintained the RV, if he is neat and together the RV will more than likely be well maintained, if the man is a "flake" buyer beware.

7. Put your hands on things, are they clean? Smell the inside of the cabinet and closets for mold or other odors.

8. Have set requirements for your RV don't waste time on RVs that don't meet these requirements, this can lead to burnout and then you will be apt to settle for something that you don't want just so you don't have to go look at another RV.

9. Remember the saying if the deal sounds like it might be to good to be true it probably is.

10. Don't loose patients the right RV will come along.
