If, on the rare occasion, there is no water at either of those locations, the Baptist Church in Concho Valley allow people to draw water absolutely free, from a standpipe in their parking lot. They ask people who use this facility to remember the Lord and not to draw water during Church services. I really don’t know how they afford to give people copious amounts of water, as city water is extremely expensive there. I think there must be some sort of divine intervention going on somewhere!
