A doe has to be around eighteen to twenty weeks of age to breed. Five days after kindling, the doe can be re-bred, but I don't recommend more than four litters per year. The doe needs to rest and have some peace and quiet between litters. Breeding too often, can lead to cannibalism; the doe will eat her babies. Once this happens, it will be difficult to stop her repeating this bad behavior, therefore, she should be slaughtered or sold as a pet rabbit.
