How I Qualified for Boston and Lost 45 Pounds Doing It!

BACKGROUND

I have been an on-again / off-again runner ever since running high school cross-country races. In high school, I was too small for football, but not really lean enough to be a fast runner. As a result, I was content to be a mid-packer in most races. The only race I did with any degree of regularity was the annual Peachtree Road Race which is always held on July 4th in Atlanta, Georgia. Hi Lynn,

Just popped in to see how the runners are doing. I enjoyed this article, and yet it made me sad. I was a runner until my fibromyalgia put a stop to it. My specialist did tell me that I ...
