Winter has been over for a while now - the weather is warm and pleasant and running is a joy. However, I must admit to enjoying the special beauty that winter offers. I found a great new web site for all of you to enjoy. Be sure to take a look. The web site is called Body Trends and is focused on fitness. If the link above does not work when you click on it - just type in www.bodytrends.com and you'll be there. Enjoy!
