Winter has been over for a while now - the weather is warm and pleasant and running is a joy. However, I must admit to
enjoying the special beauty that winter offers. And it was during the middle of winter that I encountered a very unusual sight. A couple of "friends" had ventured out and I will never forget meeting them.

I found a great new web site for all of you to enjoy. Be sure to take a look. The web site is called Body Trends and is focused on fitness. I just found out that the Cat Hero story will be featured on Pax TV on July 30 again in the USA. So if you missed the first show of this true hero, feline style, here is your chance to see it. Another great web site that I suggest you take a look at is called Time For Fitness. I came across an interesting article on Protein. If you have been on a high protein diet - or are considering one - take a few minutes to go to this wonderful web site and read the article there. Here is the link; Time For Fitness.
