Running. What's it all about?

Hello and welcome to "Running" on Suite 101. Running is a passion with me and I hope to be able to share that passion with you.

I'll discuss areas of running, training, sports drinks, carbo loading verus adding protein. Where to get the best deals on running apparel, where to find out what the best running shoes are, according to you, the runner.

I shall discuss the pros and cons of heart monitor training and where to get the best bargin on buying one.

I hope to provide support and information to the new runner, as well as the experienced, and provide stories and trivia from my racing encouters.

I will be featuring stories on runners from time to time and will cover their unique perspective of how running has influenced each of their lives and what running means to them.

Additionally, I'll always be on the lookout for the most up to date information, and pass it along to you. I'll provide a variety of web sites that offer the products a runner needs.

All in all, this is your site. You tell me what you need and I'll try to make it happen!

Whether you are a recreational runner, or a competitive runner, a marathoner or a weekend runner, this is the place to be.

Comments that you'd like to make on running, or comments on my article are welcome. Questions on the subject of running will be answered to the best of my ability. If I don't have the answer, I'll try to find out who does. Just post your remarks in one of the appropriate areas.

Hi Dean. Thanks for your question. As for running in the fall, I usually run in a shirt, jacket and shorts.(Sometimes I also use a runners headband to cover the ears). As I warm up I take the jacket ...
