Sometimes You Must Walk Before You Run.
This is such a charming story of how to get us moving again after a long time away from running, I thought you would all enjoy this true story. Lois used to enjoy running and was a familiar face at running events until she graduated from college and got married. She began a small business at home and worked long hours. After that, she just didn't have the time to run anymore. Or at least that is what she told herself. At that moment she had a brilliant idea! Lois decided to start walking each day and keep track of the miles she logged. She hung a large map of the USA on a wall in her house. She picked the starting point, which was where she lived, and then decided to pick a destination to "walk" to. At the end of each week she added her mileage up and marked it off on the map. Soon those
