If you want to find out more on my running book, go here for more information and to read the reviews.

A lot of you have written me lamenting the lack of motivation and exercise during the holidays. You asked for some tips on how to get started again.

You said you've gained some weight over the holidays. You haven't run in weeks and you don't know how to get started again.

What to do?

Well, one thing about this being the new year is that a lot of people make new year resolutions. And that is a great way to start off the new year.
