Tawni has written a wonderful book called "No More Excuses" and that book has changed many lives. I have it. I read it cover to cover. And I loved it. If you are looking for condemnation; you will not find it in her tender, honest account of growth as she opens her heart, mind and spirit. The book, "No More Excuses" not only held my interest, I found that it was a clear portrait of what it is like to struggle and overcome immense obstacles. If she had stopped there it would have been a wonderful accomplishment. But she didn't. Tawni also created a place where others may go to "connect" if they so desire. She has a marvelous web site called Connecting with Connectors. Take a look at it here. You are welcome to sign up for her daily encouraging e-mail and much more. Tawni is an athlete. She is also a caring and kind shining light for those that need direction on weight loss or other issues confronting the modern
