"Sweet Tears" His voice boomed over the noise of the howling wind and roaring rainy melody that accompanied it. "First runner coming in." I looked up. I could see the finish line. I was pelted by rain as I reached deep inside myself for that last burst of energy I knew I needed to finish this race - to stay in front- to win. I ignored the pain, the screaming muscles and the small voice that told me to quit, to slow down. I pushed all from my mind but winning. I forced my body to accelerate. My will commanded my legs to go faster. A few moments later I burst across the finish line and staggered as I tried to catch my breath.
