I know a lot of runners like to be out in all types of weather, but I'm not one of them! I run on a treadmill and watch my favorite show. It's a great way to stay in shape and to accomplish my exercise for the day." Glen from Pennsylvania wrote: "I use a Nordic Track during the days when the weather is too cold or the snow too deep to run in. Plus it breaks up my routine so I don't get bored. I also use the winter months to do most of my weight training so I come out of the winter ready to race." Susan from Pennsylvania wrote: "To stay in shape during the winter when I don't run outside, I use a treadmill. I put on an aerobic video tape I have and the upbeat music and watching the other people workout keep me motivated. Even though I am running, not doing the aerobics, it is fun and the music is a nice change from running outside without music."
