Steamtown Update.

Well folks, it is 7 weeks until the Steamtown marathon and so far my training is coming along right on schedule.

I did my 17 mile run on Saturday and although I thought about quitting at mile 15, I did not give in to that urge! I managed to finish all 17 miles. Actually, the last mile wasn't that hard. I will keep you posted every week as to how I am doing.

Thanks to all the people that have sent me e-mail about my upcoming thon! Thanks also to all those that have read my article in Runner's World, The Finish Line of the September issue and contacted me via e-mail. I appreciate it.
