Damaged or herniated discs? Damaged knee cartilage? Read this!


Some of us suffer with degenerating disc disease and herniated discs and or damaged knee cartilage, so I have included this helpful information for all those who want to stay active; get active or simply want to reduce the pain they have by increasing and rebuilding damaged disc or cartilage.
