Something new and exciting is coming to Suite 101 - an online workshop devoted entirely to roses.
Here's how the Suite 101 Spring Rose Workshop works: Each day, a workshop tip will be listed here in the Topic Section of Rose Garden. You can ask a question related to that topic by simply touching the link at the bottom of the tip. Or, if you would like to ask a question unrelated to the topic, you can do that too. Just ask it in the Discussions Section. The following day, a new tip will be posted. You can review the previous tips by checking out the Articles Section here in Rose Garden. If you would like to ask a question about a previous tip, you can do that too. The unique format of Suite 101 makes it easy to ask questions of the current topic, previous topics, or even questions unrelated to a topic. This is an open workshop, open to all Suite101 members and meaning everyone can participate in both asking and answering questions. If you want to answer a question or have something to add to a previous answer, feel free to jump in. As gardeners, we all learn from each other, so don't hesitate to provide your own rose "war stories" and experiences; even if you disagree with what I have to say. [Note: If you're not a member, you can still read the tips and discussions, but cannot ask a question. Touch here to join so you can participate in the discussions. Membership is free!] By the way, if you decide you want to email me a question, that's fine too! But I will post your question and its answer here in the Discussion section of Rose Garden so that everyone can benefit. I only ask one favor with regard to questions and answers: Please be as specific as you can with your question. Include from where you are writing or at least the hardiness zone (or its equivalent) so that I may provide as specific an answer as possible. (It wouldn't do you much good if I suggested a rose suitable for Zone 7 and you lived in Zone 5.) If you have the capability to add a graphic to your question to help show the problem, please do so. And if possible, try to use the specific name of the rose to help me identify its class. Go To Page: 1 2
