Last week, the focus was on the scientifically proven health benefits love can and does provide us. Now that the proof has been presented, we'll concentrate on learning some ways to invite or enhance elements of love in our lives. This week, in particular, the emphasis is on the magic of love and how to encourage more of it. Next week, we'll go on a further exploration of love games with some activities to keep the romance fun and exciting!
Some forms of so-called magical practices are designed and claimed to aid in matters of love. Whether you're currently involved in a relationship, or hope to soon be, it is recommended to simply begin by focusing positive energies on goals, wishes, and desires (including objects of desire!). A world-renowned psychic, Morgana de Montsegur, offers the following rituals to love seekers:
These sort of "love spells" seem a bit outrageous, but they're among the most ancient practices used to encourage the chances of love. I personally don't hold much faith in such attraction methods, but it's fun to note some of the outrageous things people are willing to do in the name of love. These harmless practices are really promoting the same, fundamental concept: by simply keeping the mind and heart open to the possibility, potency, and power of love, we invite in the kind of relationships that can fulfill our inner desires. The first step to any ritual, or in achieving any personal goal for that matter, is to just admit to being ready to receive it and then to begin envisioning it. Meditating, picturing and receiving that love, feeling how great it will be, seeing yourself happy and renewed by it, staying focused on that goal, can be the greatest spell you'll ever need. This won't magically create the kind of relationships sought, but it'll help to stay positive and grounded by the realities of the real thing, when it does come into your life. Go To Page: 1 2
