Rolling Stones Photos Offered Online
Richard E. Aaron, best known for his cover photo on Peter Frampton's Frampton Comes Alive album, will offer some hand-signed, original prints of the Rolling Stones (like the one on the left) and other artists through an online gallery provided by rock radio site KNAC (www.knac.com).

These offerings are not currently available on Aaron's own Web site (www.rockpix.com). One of the pictures being offered is Keith Richards onstage during the Rolling Stones Barbarian tour in the late '70s. The photos range in price from $100-$350 and will be available beginning Dec. 1.

Mick and Keith record for Children's Promise
Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, the Spice Girls, Robbie Williams, and James Brown have teamed up on a new version of the Rolling Stones' 1974 single, "It's Only Rock 'N Roll". Money earned from sales of the single will go to Children's Promise. The non-profit children's organization is currently attempting to get people to donate their last hour's pay from the last day of work this year to its Millennium Final Hour Appeal.

Mick honored by the British Film Institute
The Beatles, Mick Jagger, and the fictional group the Commitments were among those honored when the British Film Institute released its list of the 100 favorite British flicks of the 20th century.

"Performance," the 1970 movie directed by Nicholas Roeg and Donald Cammell and starring Jagger as a retired rock star who harbors a gangster on the run, was number 48 on the BFI list, which was compiled by 1,000 British film industry types, including producers, directors, distributors, and critics.*

The Beatles' 1964 mock rockumentary, "A Hard Day's Night," was named the 88th favorite British film. Alan Parker's 1991 flick, "The Commitments," was at number 38

Keith joins Sheryl Crow
Sheryl Crow's first live album,"Sheryl Crow And Friends/Live In Central Park", will be released December 7, 1999. The album was recorded Tuesday, September 14, 1999, and includes duets with Eric Clapton, Sarah McLachlan, Stevie Nicks, Chrissie Hynde, Dixie Chicks and Keith Richards.

Pretender Hynde played guitar and sang on Crow's "If It Makes You Happy," then switching to rhythm as Richards sang and played the Rolling Stones' "Happy". Proceeds from the concert's merchandise sales and sponsorships were donated to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
