Keith Interview in the Los Angeles Times
The LA Times asked our boy some interesting questions about the price of concert tickets and Bill Clinton.

When asked if he would ever pay $300 to see a rock group - which is what thousands of Rolling Stones fans are doing on the group's first arena tour in two decades, guitarist Keith Richards confesses with a hearty laugh: "Well, no, actually. That's the great thing about being in a band," the legendary guitarist says. "When I want to go to see someone, I just tell 'em I'm coming and get a free pass."

Later in the interview, Keith responds to a question about Bill and Monica. "On Clinton and Monica, the whole thing astounds me. There you are Numero Uno and everybody around the world is looking to you for support and you're tearing yourself apart over [an act of oral sex] ."

(editors note: You know that Keef did NOT say "an act of oral sex." Maybe we should have a contest to see who can guess what he really said!)

Stones Fan Gets Satisfaction
After more than 30 years... local Rolling Stones fan is finally getting some satisfaction. Sixty-nine-year-old Bob Harris had his picture taken with the Stones backstage at Cobo Arena in the mid 1960s. On Tuesday, he finally got that picture autographed by the band after they saw a newspaper report about Harris' quest to get the photo signed. After rocking The Palace Monday night, the Stones invited Harris to their hotel the following day. He got to meet Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Charlie Watts... the only three remaining band members from the photo. In exchange for their autographs, Harris presented each Rolling Stone with a Red Wings baseball hat.

Ventura Honors Rolling Stones
The Rolling Stones got a grand welcome from their former bodyguard, who happens to be the new governor of Minnesota.

"He's done us proud, hasn't he?" a chuckling Mick Jagger said of Gov. Jesse Ventura. "He's been fantastic."

Jagger also liked Ventura's proclamation which declared Monday (Feb. 15) as Rolling Stones Day in Minnesota - even Ventura's congratulations to 55-year-old Keith Richards for being "still alive."

"He's done it very funny and been very lighthearted about the whole thing but it's obviously very nice for us," Jagger said.

He was asked whether the governor might be invited to sing.

Jagger laughed and said, "I hope he doesn't want to wrestle, that's all."

Ventura, a former professional wrestler, was a bodyguard for the Stones in the late 1970s
