Internet: The Rolling Stones ``No Security' (Virgin) 3 stars On their seventh live album (almost as inescapable as Keith Richards' cigarettes), the Rolling Stones offer an agreeable hodgepodge of moments, all well-played. And a few ('You Got Me Rocking,'' ``Gimme Shelter,' ``Sister Morphine,' 'Respectable') kick enough to affirm the group's vaunted reputation. There are guest shots from Dave Matthews, Taj Mahal and saxophonist Joshua Redman, and while it's not as conceptually strong as 1995's unplugged-ish ``Stripped,' it still shows the Stones to be a potent playing unit. On Nov. 2 the front page of Variety ran the following blurb: Call it the ``Millionaires Watching Millionaires' tour. The Rolling Stones are planning to charge $300 per ticket for a series of about 20 U.S. arena shows in March and April, according to concert industry insiders. BBC Online reports that Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher and Mick Jagger are among the 300 most influential people in the world according to a new survey. They are the only two musicians on the list. It is an interesting combination considering how much antipathy there seems to be between them. Oasis also has a new album out.
