23 Bill, Brian and Charlie back Bo Diddley on BBC-Radio's Saturday Club

29 First English tour with Everly Brothers and Bo Diddley opens at the New Victoria. London, with 30 dates concluding on Nov 3.

1964

22 The Stones appear on the Red Skelton Show.

25 "Time Is On My Side"/ "Congratulations" released.

28 Interview recorded for North Straffs Hospital Broadcasting Service is transmitted.

1965

23 Top Of The Pops.

24 British tour featuring: Spencer Davis Group, Unit 4 Plus 2, The Checkmates, The Habit, The End and Charles Dickens. Compere: Ray Cameron. The Moody Blues filled in for Unit 4 Plus 2 on some dates.

"Out Of Our Heads" released. Enters charts at #3.

1966

22 Top Of The Pops.

23 Another British tour with Ike & Tina Turner, the Yardbirds, Peter Jay and the New Jaywalkers and Long John Baldry. During the first show at the Royal Albert Hall 50 girls are hospitalized. Keith is knocked to the ground. Mick is nearly strangled by fans. Bill and Brian run from the stage and are chased.

"Have You Seen Your Mother Baby"/ "Who's Driving Your Plane" released

1970

22 Several police officers are injured outside the Paris Olympia before the concert.

28 In Rome Mick punches a photographer "for asking stupid questions."

1974

27 "I've Got My Own Album To Do" - Ron Wood's first solo record released. The record features Keith Richards, Mick Jagger and Mick Taylor.

1977

23 The documentary Ladies and Gentlemen, The Rolling Stones has its European premier at the Rainbow Theater in London.

27 "Love You Live" released.

29 Andy Warhol photographs the band at the Factory.

1983

24 The video for "Undercover Of The Night" is recorded sparking controversy over its violent content. People also ponder the double meaning of Keith 'killing' Mick in the video.

25 A recording of Keith jamming with Jerry Lee Lewis is shown on the Salute TV show.

1986

26 Mick's long-form video, Running Out Of Luck, is finally released on CBS-Fox, after a one-year delay.

1988

22 Mick's tour down under opens in Brisbane, Australia and closes in Auckland, New Zealand. Mick performs a three-hour set of 32 songs, featuring an unrecorded original of his, "What Kind Of World Is This'?"

23 "Take It So Hard"/ "I Could Have Stood You Up" by Keith Richards released.

26 Keith Richards ' first ever solo album, Talk is Cheap, released by Virgin Records.

1993

28Ronnie releases Slide On Live, an album recorded at his Slide On This concerts in New York, Boston, and Tokyo.
