Disc Two highlights are the eight minute tour de force Your Haunted Friend and the uncharacteristically melancholy Roxy with its jangly guitar solo and heartfelt, understated vocals. Napolitano and guitarist James Mankey, along with drummer Gabriel Ramirez, produce a full-blooded sound that outdoes live shows by many rock quintets. Concrete Blonde - Live In Brazil is a slice of loud, live hard rock from a band that should have been bigger.
