New Companies on the Block!

Today I'd like to give a roundup of some of the newer survey companies out there for research or reward lovers! Although location requirments vary for each company, all of them have one thing in common -- they reward us for our opinions! As they are so new, I can't vouch for them from personal experience. I can, however, tell you that they exist, and claim to reward us for our thoughts. Enjoy!

  1. Study Response
Take surveys for this site and you will be helping behavioural researchers! The founders, Elizabeth M. Weiss and Dr. Jeffrey M. Stanton, are interested in our opinions on such things as the use of IT in employment related issues. In return for taking their surveys, you could receive cash or a gift certificate to spend at an online merchant site. I have already received one survey. It offered payment to the first 150 participants, so it might be an idea to dash to any they send. The down side for some of us is that costs of sending checks out of the U.S. means that not all respondents will be compensated.

  2. Eckas
Here is one for the Aussies. I have just heard from them that they are happy for me to spread the word. I'm pleased to do so too, as when we take their surveys, we are entered to win cash prizes. They particularly undertake research into banking. Australians only please.

  3. View Point Forum
Zooming across the Pacific though (with a short stop on a nice isle somewhere!) -- let's move on to a panel open to those in the United States. It's the View Point Forum. You must be a U.S. resident and aged 18 or over to participate in this one. Tell their clients what you think of their ideas and products and you will be rewarded with "Forum Points." Earn 375 of them and you can exchange them for $10 cash! They also conduct sweepstakes for survey panelists.

  4. The Worldwide Lottery Research Panel
This company undertakes research into the lottery industry, so you could be asked for your opinion on the lottery game concepts as a member of this one. You'll also be entered into prize draws when you take their surveys. These prizes will be funded by the lottery vendors who commission the studies. As you can judge from this panel's name, you can join this one no matter where you live.
