As we work to improve our schools, the Internet and distance learning can provide a way to expand the horizons of our local school systems. Using the Internet to expand local educational programs can help local school systems provide their students with the best education the world has to offer.
Many local school systems and teachers are reluctant to embark on this new adventure. Having explored this area, I feel confident in saying that once people get involved and become familiar with what the Internet and distance education have to offer, it will be impossible to keep them away.
