You can also purchase keyword sponsorships. If a job seeker searches under "chef" for instance, your restaurant's advertising and link could be displayed on the results page. Premier sponsorships offer an opportunity to advertise on the home page, or job or employer search pages. You can also purchase sponsorships on the Post Resume, Career Tools and other frequently perused pages. Some of these sponsorships can run as low as $100 for a single month purchase, or are discounted 25% for a six-month commitment. JobOptions.com currently has 760,000 registered users and over 440,000 resumes in their database with approximately 120,000 open job postings. Marketingjobs.com offers a $200 per month "Featured Employer" option. This opportunity places your company's name on the home page, which directs the job candidate to a page created on the marketingjob.com site itself just for your company. It does NOT link to your own site, but it does include your logo. The job postings do not. Your page would also include a company profile and all job postings you wish to include. NationJob.com offers a number of recognition opportunities with the purchase of their budget or corporate packages. The budget package, $375/month, allows you to display your logo on each job posting, display your company profile, create your own mini-web site and be displayed as 'Featured Employer' on one of their specialty (industry or area specific) sites. The pricier 'Corporate Packages' expands the company profile to three pages. While the majority of the 5000+ recruitment web sites available today offer their own unique variation on recognition features, the typical advertising services are those highlighted above - sponsorship/banner advertising, logos, specialty pages, and links to your own sites. Next issue we'll take a look at the Resume Database feature.
