8 cups torn Romaine lettuce
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Mix together first five ingredients. Shake well.
Place torn lettuce leaves in a large salad bowl, pour dressing over lettuce toss until well combined. Add parmesan and croutons.
Tip: grated parmesan works best. Goes great with warm garlic bread.
