Chicken Alfredo Bake

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup (may use any cream soup variety)
1 cup steamed broccoli, optional
1 cup fresh mushrooms, optional
1/3 cup chopped yellow onion, optional
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Cut chicken breasts into bite sized chunks. Place in a skillet with oil and brown on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Combine mayonnaise, soup, broccoli, mushrooms and onions in a large bowl. Add chicken, stir until well incorporated.

Place mixture into a butter greased 9x13" baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degreese for 30 minutes. Add parmesan cheese to the top and cook uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve by itself or over pasta.
