Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup milk

Combine all ingredients. May need to add more milk, enough to make a pourable batter.
Using a funnel with a 1/2 inch opening, close off end with finger and fill funnel with batter.
On a greased griddle, let batter pour out of funnel using a circular motion. Starting from the inside and working your way out, make a 3 inch spiral.
Turn cakes once. Cook until golden brown. Place on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Enjoy!
