Chicken and Stuffing Bake

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 box chicken flavored stuffing mix
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

Spray the bottom of a skillet with non-stick cooking oil. Cut each chicken breast in half and place in skillet. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken.

In a medium bowl, stir together stuffing mix, flavor packet, water and butter. Pour over chicken mixture.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Or until chicken is done.

Serves 4 people.
