Totally Turtle CakeStep 1: 1 pkg German chocolate cake Step 2: Mix and melt together:
1- 14 oz pkg individually wrapped caramels Pour caramel mixture over cake. Pour remaining batter on top of chocolate chips/nuts. Sprinkle with additional nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Note: nuts are optional
