4 burrito sized flour tortillas 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 cilantro non-stick cooking spray 1. Place two of the tortillas on a flat surface. 2. cook quesadillas one at a time, on medium heat, until cheese
is melted. About 3 minutes on each side. 5. Cut each quesadilla into fourths. Making a total of eight
