Tortellini Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

9 oz. package cheese tortellini pasta
10 oz. package spiral pasta
6 oz. package salami
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced olives
Italian dressing to taste (I use the whole bottle)
salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Cool pasta by running under cold water.

In a large bowl, combine drained pasta and remaining ingredients. Stir gently until well incorporated. Chill for 1/2 hour.

Serves 6-8 people

Additional optional ingredients:
green peppers, onions, cubed chicken, pepper-jack cheese
