Summer Italian Salad


Salad Ingredients:
1 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, finely chopped
1/4 lb. Italian salami, cut into strips
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated

Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, add all of the salad ingredients and stir lightly until well incorporated.

In a small bowl, using a wire whisk or fork, blend in all dressing ingredients and add to salad mixture.

Additional ingredients:
chopped green onions, garbonzo beans, chopped tomatoes
