Dry Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp soda
2 tsp salt

Liquid Ingredients:
2 Tbsp vinegar
3/4 cup oil
2 cups water
1 tsp vanilla
Using two medium bowls, mix dry ingredients in one and liquid ingredients in the other. Stir each until ingredients are well incorporated.
Mix liquid and dry ingredients together and pour into a 9x13" baking pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
