This is one of my all-time favorite family menus for spring and summer, and it’s so easy to prepare. My family gives it 5 stars too!
TATER CHIP CHICKEN INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds chicken pieces (skinless) DIRECTIONS: Dip chicken in melted butter and roll in crushed potato chips. Place on baking sheet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Pour remaining chips and butter over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. EASY POTATO SALAD INGREDIENTS: 2 (14 oz) cans whole new potatoes DIRECTIONS: Drain potatoes and dice. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with the diced potatoes until thoroughly coated. Chill and serve. CUCUMBER & TOMATO MIX INGREDIENTS: 1 cucumber DIRECTIONS: Dice cucumber (may want to peel first) and tomato. Mix together in a bowl with dressing, then add Parmesan cheese. FRUIT CRUMBLE COBBLER INGREDIENTS: 1 can pie filling of choice DIRECTIONS: Pour pie filling in a square glass baking dish. Shake dry cake mix on top until completely covered. Place dots of cut up butter all over top of cake mix.
