Contouring, Sculpturing

Take your work out of the hoop, and lay it over your hand- I hold my hand stiff, with my fingers straight out. I lay my punchwork over my hand, and I hold the ends of it between my fingers as tight as I can- then I trim it. I hold it up level with my eyes, so I can be sure I am not cutting it crooked- never try to sculpt your work looking down upon it- it is too hard to have to keep taking "a little more from this side, a little more from that side" to try to even it up. Sort of like a bad haircut! LOL!
