Multiple ways of knowingtheir motivations and experiences. Read the non-verbal cues they provide. Practice working cooperatively with people of varying temperaments and styles of relating. Intrapersonal intelligence is awakened by turning conscious attention to inner states of being. Pay attention not only to what you think, but how you think. Put names on your feelings. Consider why you react the way you do to specific situations. Think about your spiritual life - not your religion or involvement with a church, but the way you think privately about God and life and your role in the world. Developing each of the seven intelligences broadens your perspective and greatly enriches your day-to-day experiences.
