I consider Halloween the official kick off of the holiday season. So, as a tribute, I am launching a series of articles that will span between Halloween and New Years.

November's article will be a collection of recipes that I enjoy as a part of my Thanksgiving feast. They will be low salt and healthy. PTC suffers know the benefits of a low salt diet. (or, they should.)

December's article will re-examine the stress factor.

In January, I will post a list of resolutions and goals. I will put up a message board with the December article so everyone can post thier own resolutions.

I also want to draw attention to the message board that already exists. It is in place to share our own personal stories. Please take a moment to share yours.

I am also in the midst of creating a new online PTC support group list. If anyone would be interesed in something like this, please let me know. I will need at least 6 people before I could make this a reality.
