It's really a topic for my coming articles about websites, search & organising tools for travel offices - but I am not a person able to shut my mouth (or keyboard that is) when I find something truly unique. Well there is a lot of programs offering to organize your URL addresses - if you like me need your URL archieve separate from any browser/s. First, this is what I demand of an professional URL organiser: A. The software should be able to sort and organize all my website addresses in a way I find comfortable and easy accessible. B. It should be small - mind you there is several programs that in functions are "perfect", but some of these have a size 3 to 4 times larger than my default browser... I may be crazy, but not crazy enough to let such elephants go round in my computer all the time I'm online! C. The program should support all three main browsers (Netscape, IE and Opera) After going through all what I found of URL archiving programs (even the elephant programs) - I ended up with a small program called URL Organizer 2 developed by Edward Leigh. URL Organizer 2 supports all the 3 main browsers, it is only 222Kb in download size and capable of organizing my large archive of URL addresses - and whatever may come in the future. Further it can rest easily accessible in the tray - find any address in seconds and is a breeze to use. So if you need a professional URL organiser (or plan to change from the one you have) - my hottest recommendation is to try URL Organizer 2 before you make any final decision. MAILBAG ASSISTANT Ever wondered how you could get a separate system for all your thousands of mails, how to archive it - in short how to survive with the largest communication door ever made - open? I don't know how many days and weeks I spent on the net to find a software capable of making an archive of my mail, independent of my mail client that is. I never found this program - a fact I found very strange, because I could not believe that I was totally alone in needing a system for tons of mail. Now I know that I was not alone, at least a person named Eric G.V. Fookes has been on the same search as me - with the same result. Some of you maybe recognize this name, as it's same person who develop the famous text and HTML editor NoteTab. Difference between us was that while my alternative only was to write an article whining the lack of such a program - Eric could write the program itself (-:
