Don't understand, you say? Well, that's good for both you and me, I have to say - as this is part of an encrypted message with credit card information which nobody should be able to read. The small fragment is part of a encrypted message that I copied and pasted here from Hotels Egypt, an online hotel booking system I operate. It is encrypted with the most used encryption program - PGP (Pretty Good Privacy). PGP has a perfect freeware version (as well as shareware) and both US and International versions, because of the strong US government restrictions. Another encryption program for email is RPK Security's InvisiMail. This encryption software is not subject to US government regulation, so sthe ame version can be used worldwide. Still both PGP and RPK's programs need a download - then you need to set it up and configure it all for your PC, getting your "keys" up and working, and so forth. Not difficult maybe (even I managed, he, he...) - still it need the "extra effort". If you don't want to start with a full encryption setup in your PC, or travel and can't bring your PC - you can now still protect your privacy, secret love letters, business secrets or credit card information. In other words, all you don't want to be opened to unauthorized viewing. For your credit card information, remember that someone could empty your account - you would end up broke and unable to travel. A destiny worse than death, I say... First News today is that now you can protect your privacy wherever you mail from. You need only Internet access - no programs or setups any more. But HUSH - don't tell anybody, as this is the beta version of Hushmail, go to http://www.hushmail.com and get your own web based email account. Use it like any "normal" web based email if you like - but to send encrypted messages - the receiver has to have a Hushmail account as well. Same as the receiver of PGP or RPK encrypted mail, you need the same encryption program to be able to decrypt your mail message. With Hushmail it only takes a few minutes to create
